HEARTBREAKING: Ronald McDonald House evicts family of 4-years old over vaccine status

The video of Austin Furgason in Ronald McDonald House, being told that those who are not vaxxed are no longer welcome, has gone viral. Lindsey and Austin’s four-year-old son, Jack, was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia, in early October 2021, and it was comforting to know that they had a place to stay, but now, because of their vax status, they’ve been asked to leave.

Austin and Lindsay Furgason are active members of Harvest Church in Kelowna and passionately involved within their community in Kelowna BC.


Their son Jack has recently been diagnosed with ALL (Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia) and is currently staying in Vancouver undergoing treatment.
I asked Austin’s permission to make this Go Fund Me, and he said:
” We love our boy and we trust God to see us through this and restore our family, however, there is a financial burden as my wife had to leave her job and move to Vancouver for treatment, and care for him. Leukemia type (ALL) is the most common cancer in children but only 30 kids in BC get it each year, 40 years ago this would’ve been a death sentence; we feel really greatful to live in Canada for sure where we call a number and they bring us food and everything. Now it is a 90% survival rate.

Please help this family however you can. It’s a long road ahead and it’s my hope that finances is the least of their concern.
May God Heal this boy.

The Ronald McDonald House in Canada will evict all tenants, adults and children over the age of five, who are not vaccinated by the end of January.

  1. Shameful. This is especially frustrating when virtually everyone with a functioning brain stem knows full well that the vaccines do not prevent infection and they do not prevent transmission. If they could do this then we should not continually see NHL franchises suspending play because of the spread of Covid among players. If the vaccines worked as advertised then why do NHL teams that are 100% vaccinated need to suspend play due to Covid infection? In fact, Omicron is proving quite clearly that these vaccines have zero effect against the virus; hence, there are far more vaccinated being infected than unvaccinated because there are simply more vaccinated than unvaccinated. When will this lunacy of discrimination against the unvaxxed end?

    To single out an unvaccinated person for “special” treatment is both discriminatory and harrassment, and is exactly what the Nazis started doing to the Jews shortly after 1933. How blatantly stupid do so many people have to be to not see just how wrong this behavior is? It’s the same people who were so easily duped into believing that you get a vaccine to help protect others, and no vaccine has ever been able to do that.

  3. This is the lowest of the low to use sick children and turn them away because the family is not vaccinated….they better b ashamed of themselves.. what is the world turning into
